Marc earned a Master of Laws degree in Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School and holds the most senior designations offered to practising mediators and arbitrators in Canada, the chartered designations of the ADR Institute of Canada.
Through the use of outside the box creativity, Marc has been recognized for leadership in the field, deep thinking and continual evolution to give the very best to his clients and students.
Marc lectures at several law schools (the good ones) and presents regularly at conferences, workshops and events across the continent. He is passionate about access to justice, inclusion, collaborative approaches and embracing technology.
While Marc is affiliated with the law firm Elia Associates, his dispute resolution practice is separate and apart from the work of the firm's lawyers.
